Mindfulness for Everyone

Presented by Crested Butte State of Mind for Mental Health Awareness Month

Research shows that mindfulness practice can help people manage stress and anxiety, as well as improve sleep, concentration, and emotional resilience. Crested Butte therapist Ali Drucker will offer a selection of simple mindfulness tools for a variety of body types and neurotypes. 

Recommended for ages 12 and up.
